Position Title: Sr Client Partner - CPG, Big Box & Home  

About the role

The Client Partner role is a senior/Director-level role within the CPG, Big Box & Home team.  This role is responsible for acquiring new enterprise-level Big Box Retail, CPG and Home accounts for LTK, while growing investment from existing Brands on the LTK platform within these categories.

This role will initially focus on managing an existing enterprise retail partnership while the current assigned Client Partner is on maternity leave.  Post maternity leave coverage, you will use your strong business development, consultative selling skills, exceptional relationship-building acumen, and cross-organizational leadership to drive incremental business from a curated account target list. The ideal candidate will have deep relationships with marketing teams across global Fortune 500 Consumer Brands and/or big box retailers, as well as digital agency relationships.

How you will make an impact

  • Maintain and grow the investment and relationship of an existing retail partner while current Client Partner is on maternity leave 
  • Build relationships with senior brand and retail executives through extensive strategic outreach
  • Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals
  • Responsible for setting a clear strategy and roadmap for the accounts and partnering with teams to ensure success
  • Drive sales across LTK Brand Partnerships revenue streams; collaborations, promotional opportunities and commission on sales
  • Monitor, forecast, track and report sales performance to senior management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Create and present persuasive data-driven sales presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Hone in on relevant consumer product trends and opportunities in order to craft business cases that support any new requests and/or changes

What you will bring to LTK

  • 10+ years experience in advertising/online media sales or marketing - Retail / CPG experience preferred
  • Experience working in digital, social media, and/or influencer marketing sectors
  • Experience in presenting C-Suite and Executive-level audiences
  • Team player attitude and proven ability to communicate and work with team members across business functions
  • Proven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative sell
  • Hunger to achieve, take ownership, and exceed goals set
  • A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
