• You take over the tender management for the Line of Business Public Sector Services.
• You handle incoming tenders, primarily from the public sector.
• You analyze the market and regularly check databases for company-relevant tenders.
• You prepare the documents for the bid/no-bid decision.
• You coordinate the next steps and bring together teams from the relevant departments.
• You are responsible for the tender process, oversee the creation of the offer, and ensure the quality of processing and timely submission.
• You support the Account Manager in cost estimation, presentation, and negotiation.
• You accompany the internal quality management in optimizing processes. This also includes creating, maintaining, and developing offer and performance sheet templates.

• Du bearbeitest eingehende Ausschreibungen, vorrangig aus dem öffentlichen Sektor
• Du analysierst den Markt und prüfst regelmäßig die Datenbanken auf unternehmensrelevante Ausschreibungen.
• Du bereitest die Unterlagen für die Bid-/No Bid-Entscheidung auf.
• Du koordinierst das weitere Vorgehen und bringst die Teams aus den zuständigen Fachabteilungen zusammen.
• Du verantwortest den Tender-Prozess, begleitest die Erstellung des Angebots und achtest auf die Qualität der Bearbeitung und auf die frist- und formgerechte Abgabe.
• Du unterstützt den Account Manager bei der Kalkulation, Präsentation und Verhandlung.
• Du begleitest das interne Qualitätsmanagement bei der Optimierung von Prozessen. Dazu gehört auch die Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Angebots- und Leistungsscheintemplates.

English:

• Completed degree in Business Administration / Business Informatics or comparable qualifications in the field of administration and/or several years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Bid Management / Presales of IT / SAP-based solutions.
• Experience in handling public tenders (knowledge of public procurement law / EVB-IT advantageous).
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.
• High degree of independence and flexibility regarding the detailed design and further development of one's own role, high self-motivation.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Business fluent German (minimum C1). 

Deutsch:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft / Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen im Bereich Verwaltung und/oder mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung.
• Erfahrung im Bid Management/ Presales von IT/ SAP basierten Lösungen.
• Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung öffentlicher Ausschreibungen (Kenntnisse in öffentlichem Vergaberecht/EVB-IT) von Vorteil.
• Hervorragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie lösungsorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken.
• Hohe Eigenständigkeit und Flexibilität bzgl. der detaillierten Ausgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Rolle, hohe Eigenmotivation.
• Sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint, Excel und Word. 
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mind. C1 Level).
