Head of Molecular Diagnostics

📬 What you'll be doing:

• Leading the development of an international molecular diagnostic lab network.
• Ensuring genetic assays through third-party labs are cost-effective and regulatory-compliant across multiple countries.
• Spearheading strategic planning for expanding our assay offerings, including WGS, WES, GSA, and PCR.
• Keeping up-to-date with, and adapting to, shifting regulatory landscapes and FDA guidelines.
• Engaging in high-level negotiations for contracts and collaborative efforts that support Sano Genetics' vision.

🫵 This job is for you if you:

• Have an advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Boast experience in molecular diagnostics with a focus on laboratory management and regulatory compliance.
• Are well-versed in CLIA/CAP and FDA regulations, especially in assay development and diagnostics.
• Possess a solid understanding of IVD regulations in Europe/UK.
• Have demonstrated capability in leading compliant laboratory network development.
