In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Build and maintain relationship with business partners in R&D and CTO teams and wider process area
• Lead business process analysis and build robust business cases for IT activities
• Translate business requirements into strategic and tactical IT deliverables
• Act as process SME of IT system, manage stakeholders governance, demand process and application licenses
• Work in IT delivery projects supporting requirement, testing and implementation phases

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Degree in information systems or business studies and a minimum of 4 years experience working in an IT function or Business system administrator role
• Experience in leading business and process analysis across multiple global stakeholder teams
• Experience with data analytics desirable
• Experience in good documentation practice, authoring technical IT documents
• Experience from working in GxP/Life Sciences/Healthcare environment desirable
