This is a temporary full time role expected to start at the beginning of June and continue through December 31, 2024.
As a member of the PATH Global Total Rewards team, the Total Rewards Assistant will facilitate the overall Total Rewards program administration and compliance, both domestic and international, to support PATH's global total rewards strategy. Responsibilities include assistance with planning, documentation, communication, and administration of benefit portfolios to enhance PATH’s employee experience.
The focus of this role will be on benefits administration and support.

The hourly range for this temporary role in the U.S. is $22.00- $30.00. The final salary is based on a variety of objective factors. This is a non-benefitted position.
This role is open to remote work.
