The Transfer Specialist role offers a variety of responsibilities, and we are seeking someone who ‘gets’ customer service, can multitask, and is looking for a challenging role in a fun environment. This role offers a wide variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients (Insurance Advisors) and carriers (Insurance Companies) through seamless customer service and support. What your day will look like:

  • Follow through on all aspects of moving business from one advisor to another, from initialization to completion. Tasks include:

  • Request valuations\Review and verify paperwork for accuracy

  • Follow up to ensure actions by all parties are processed accurately and in a timely fashion

  • Investigate and resolve inquiries

  • Update and maintain Excel files related to the advisors and the movement of business

  • Produce revenue summaries and business listings for advisors

  • Create, manage, and maintain revenue (service fee) reports.

Tasks include:

  • On a monthly basis, calculate and update the revenue reports for our branches 

  • On a quarterly basis, produce a dashboard report for our Partners

  • Provide assistance to the Compensation & Contracting Manager with investigation projects, as necessary.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS office

    • Advanced Excel required (such as Pivot Tables, Vlookups and IF statements)

  • Exceptional organization skills and dedication to maintain ongoing operational records

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

  • Experience working in the Life Insurance industry is an asset
