What You'll Do:
- Evaluating and understanding current business processes to identify main pain points and key improvement opportunities to ensure a smooth, userfriendly, fully digital journeys both for internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing digital transformation journey of Edenred Turkiye from conception to implementation.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation for all target segments of the business.
- Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders, playing ‘bridge’ role between tech & business to integrate fully digital technologies into systems.
- Creating and continiously maintaining best in class business requirement document for every process, creating and updating the product roadmap & backlog as a part of agile team.
- Identifying suitable technology providers to support fully digital deliverables.
What Skills Do You Have
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Engineering (Industrial preferred), Business Administration or Economics, Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in process engineering, digital transformation area or product management especially in B2B.
- Knowledge of analytical thinking, structured thinking, critical and integrated reasoning.
- Knowledge of data-driven focus and strong problem-solving skills.
- Understanding and having worked with Agile Project Management concepts. (scrums, sprint planning and execution, backlog management)
- Strong communication skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to learn new concepts, designs and technologies fast.
- Great team member, highly collaborative with hands on working style.
