Join our team at Körber Supply Chain! Together we are responsible for our global architecture strategy and work closely with other architecture teams to have a cohesive process for defining software architecture through all our products. 

What a day in the life looks like:

• Work in team of organization architect as a group, defining organization future technology choice, including but not limited to COTS product evaluation, cost comparison.

• Work with business in pursing build vs buy of COTS products.

• Work across organization and act as governance in introducing new technologies.

• Perform proper documentation to justify new technology or tools require for organization to executives with recommendations.

• Perform cloud evaluation and provide detail comprehensive analysis and present with recommendation to Executives.

• Perform Incubation of technology and tools into organization across the teams by performing PoC and demonstrating use-cases.

• Undertakes technology evaluation and provide recommendations regarding adoption.

• Liaises with architects and specialists from across organization to share knowledge and best practice.

• Reviews and provides feedback on the work of other team members.

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Cope effectively with change.

• Focus on key priorities/plan and organize in an efficient & effective manner. Able to manage multiple priorities.

• Effectively communicate and navigate conversations with leaders and departments to ensure the right decisions are made.

What you bring to the team:

• Proficient in architecting multi-tenant SaaS products with a strong emphasis on adaptability and scalability.

• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of software development

• Looking for a versatile candidate adept in both microservice architecture design and OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) expertise to architect robust and efficient software solutions in a cloud-native environment.

• Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.

• Experience in Architecting commercial software using cloud (Oracle Cloud), .NET/Java, microservice, BPM like Camunda with PostgreSQL DB.

• Seeking a candidate with a passion for crafting scalable and resilient software systems using microservice architecture principles.

• Proficiency in designing commercial software architecture, emphasizing the need for robust, scalable solutions tailored to commercial applications.

• Mastery in distributed systems microservices architecture, using event driven design.

• Implement containerization strategies using Kubernetes for seamless deployment and management across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey software architecture to diverse audiences.

• Championed best practices for security, performance, and reliability in cloud-based environments.
