Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Systems Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
3. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
4. Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement solutions and enhancements.
5. Document support activities, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
6. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
7. Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, such as system upgrades and migrations.
8. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide proactive support and recommendations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a managed IT services environment.
3. Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and protocols.
4. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are a plus.
