Description


The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers once again is experiencing exceptional growth in our Small Business Unit. We are seeking candidates to fill our Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager role. If you have your active P&C license with 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, we would love to chat with you.  

This is a 100% remote role.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • At the direction of the Producer/ Account Executive, prepare company submissions for new/ renewal business, market as appropriate and prepare proposals.
  • Prepare all change requests and review policies for accuracy.
  • Setup and prepare cancellations when required and follow-up on notices of cancellations per agency procedures.
  • Set up and prepare new account files in AMS360 per agency policy.
  • Respond to all carrier memos and process any necessary updates as directed.
  • Prepare and process client requests, including ID cards, evidence of property, certificate of insurance, and binders.
  • Mail policies and related documents as needed.
  • Insure excellent customer service to clients.
  • File documents and help clean up accounts.
  • Additional projects at the discretion of the department manager.
Qualifications

 

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Active DOI P&C License required.
  • Knowledge of AMS360 system or similar agency management system.
  • Good listening skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance and products.
