The Warehouse Digitalization and Process Analyst supports the Global Supply Chain organization by creating consistent processes and technology across all warehouses. This role is responsible for identifying and leading process and technology change initiatives to streamline activities and improve productivity within the organization.
What You Need to Know:
• Implement process to integrate new technology into operations processes
• Investigate, resolve and correct systems and operational processes that cause waste and/or inefficacies within current procedures
• Provide root cause corrective actions through data analysis to suggest areas of improvement while promoting standards and best practices
• Ad hoc analysis within areas of improvement across all Warehouses
• Maintain or implement digital business system
• Create processes through analyzing and writing requirements, testing and rollout and implementing long term process and written work instructions for Warehousing activities
What We Are Looking For:
• 5+ years related experience in process improvement or digitalization role
• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain or related field
• Advanced level of MS office software applications
• Experience with Agile, WMS, and enterprise resource planning •
• Six Sigma certified
• Statistical analysis and experience
• Willingness and ability to work extended hours and travel as requested
