Process Associates Trainee

• Process analysts research and conduct site observations to identify the equipment, methods, and personnel needed for effective processes.
  
• Meet with clients to determine the business goals that clients want to achieve and work towards.
  
• Create reports and presentations utilizing qualitative analysis regarding companies, markets, and industry trends.
  
• Communicate with project controllers, project managers, cost center owners and accounting personnel to ensure that business operations are closely monitored and potential risks are mitigated.
  
• Analyze and review monthly financial results and ensure any identified errors are corrected timely.
  
• Gather data, analyze, and make recommendations to meet project objectives, prepare client presentations.

Requirements

- Minimum 60% in 10th/SSLC, 12th/PUC, Degree

- History of arrear(s)/backlog(s) is acceptable.
- No standing arrear(s)/backlog(s)
- Fluent in English (Both spoken and written communication)
- Should be willing to learn
- Should possess high self-learning abilities
