Employment Logistics:
As an Sr Financial Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of driving financial decision-making within OnTrac. Your role involves conducting thorough analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling to provide strategic insights and support to key stakeholders. From budgeting and variance analysis to identifying trends and opportunities, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing financial performance and guiding the company towards its objectives. With your analytical skills and strategic mindset, you'll contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, maximizing profitability, and ultimately driving sustainable growth.

The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Occasional Travel as needed <10%
- Preferred location of Dallas, TX
Your Mission in Motion:
- Develop comprehensive financial analysis models to inform operational decisions throughout the OnTrac network, while actively contributing to cost reduction initiatives and assisting in the formulation of long-range plans, annual budgets, and other strategic financial forecasts.
- Automate existing models and tools to contribute to scale-up of the Commercial team KPI
- Provide strategic operations and cost planning for the Network
- Conduct Weekly and Monthly Variance Analysis & reporting
- Evaluate and improve methodologies that are the core of our business models and tools
- Collaborate with commercial personnel to drive processes, productivity improvements and cost saving initiatives.
- Manage the Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly results reporting
- Facilitate financial review meetings with key partner business groups
- Financial modeling, sales cycle, goal setting, trends, win rate attainment
- Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Oracle, Salesforce

- Demonstrates strong analytical and quantitative skills, adept at gathering, interpreting, and manipulating large datasets to extract meaningful financial insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial concepts effectively to various stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and possess exceptional leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify financial issues, analyze root causes, and develop actionable solutions to drive performance improvement.
