This is a full-time remote position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sydney, Australia Time.

Job Overview:Mediboost is in the search for a Digital Account Manager to join our established remote team of marketing professionals. You will be the primary point of contact between our clients and our SEO, Google ads, Facebook ads, and website development teams. You will work in collaboration with our digital team to successfully deliver on the clients goals and objectives.

Our perfect candidate has a proven track record of achieving high client satisfaction and retention in a digital marketing agency environment, and has a growth-mindset.

Your responsibilities will include: - Take ownership of client retention and contribute to their growth within our portfolio. - Review client reports diligently during our monthly reporting cycle while clearly articulating campaign data and statistics, ensuring that we consistently meet or exceed client goals. - Conduct regular campaign reviews with clients, tailored to their preferences and scaled according to their size. - Proactively make recommendations for campaign improvements, specifically in the domains of SEO, Advertising, Social Media Engagement, or Website design. - Pose forward-thinking questions during client reviews to anticipate needs, explore additional services, and stay abreast of market changes. - Drive business growth by expanding the client base through the generation of new client referrals. - Managing the entire client life-cycle, including onboarding new clients, frequent check-ins and off boarding calls. - Collaborate seamlessly within the Digital team, advocating for clients to ensure their success.

We are looking for an Account Manager specifically with these requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferably in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. A neutral accent is preferred. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management. - At least 2 years of experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency, handling multiple clients while leading cross-functional teams to accomplish set objectives - Intermediate to advance knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals (SEO, Google AdWords and Facebook Ads), with a keen interest in learning more. - In-depth understanding of client needs, and the ability to identify opportunities for the client where the company can provide additional value-added services. - Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills. - Experience in remote working softwares, including Monday.com, Slack, Zoom. - Comfortable working within Australia time zones.
