Fella Health helps middle-aged men live 10 years longer.

We are the telemedicine clinic for bigger guys, worldwide. We use medical weight loss treatment to solve our fellas' most pressing healthcare need, then remain a fella's core healthcare provider for the rest of their life - focused on men's health, longevity, mental health, and primary care.

We will have served 1 million fellas by the end of 2026, and 10 million fellas by the end of 2028.

Our mission is to solve male obesity worldwide, by accelerating the take-up of GLP-1s in middle-aged men. From this, we’ll become the world’s leading men’s health brand.

We’ve grown >130x since Sept 2022 (currently growing >30% MoM) and are strongly cashflow positive. We have expanded our state coverage to >95% of US population, have started to expand our clinical protocol beyond weight (e.g. testosterone), and are eyeing up international expansion.

The opportunity as Founder Assistant

Fella Health is building a world-class team.

As Founder Assistant at Fella Health, you’ll execute the admin-related or personal tasks of Richie and our Leads.

You’ll triage Richie and our Leads’ emails, ensuring they pay attention to only urgent and important matters. You’ll continuously calibrate so that, overtime, you can reply on behalf of Richie and our Leads to email inquiries. You’ll oversee the company inbox and file any important legal requirements with supervision from our Ops Lead, Arvee. You’ll be in charge of ordering gifts and equipment for the team. This role will help scale CEO and Team Lead time.

This is a full-time, fully remote role, and you’ll work in the US timezone of your choice.

You’ll report directly to me, Richie :) (our CEO) You’ll also work closely with our Leads: Clinical Ops Lead (Arvee Sese), Head of Growth (Dave Lane), Head of Engineering (Gzim Helshani), Sales Lead (Jordan Pellikan).

Key Responsibilities

Company — You’ll execute the admin-related or personal tasks of Richie and our Leads.

  • Email: You’ll triage CEO and Team Lead inboxes

  • Company Mail: You’ll manage our company inbox and ensure no important legal documents or notices are missed

  • Purchasing: You’ll ordering gifts and workspace equipment for the team

  • Legal: Execute necessary legal work as needed

  • Personal: You’ll execute Richie and our Leads’ personal-related tasks

Need to have

  • Language: you are fluent in spoken & written English.

  • Learning: you're an autodidact with impressive speed and resourcefulness. You regularly teach yourself the skills you need from scratch and you’re able to take on different tasks across multiple company functions.

  • Complexity: you're highly organized and can complete multiple projects concurrently.

  • Mindset: you calmly handle uncertainty and rapidly changing situations.

  • Trenches: you don’t hesitate to get your hands dirty in the trenches. You’re not too pretentious to grind it out.

Nice to have

  • Experience: maybe you have 1+ years of relevant experience.
