Job description

Salary: P30,000 to P40,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • At least 1 year experience as a Virtual Receptionist/Client Experience Coordinator.
  • Previous working knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures would be beneficial.
  • Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices, ideally gained through previous frontline customer service roles.
  • Proven ability to work a switchboard.
  • Intermediate digital literacy (e.g. Adobe, Microsoft, digital platforms)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using CRM Software
  • Experience in Construction industry.
  • AU Client Experience

What will you do?

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and professional experience that leaves a positive first impression on all clients and potential clients upon contacting the company.
  • Thoroughly evaluate client requests, requirements, questions, and inquiries to accurately comprehend their needs.
  • Offer effective assistance to clients, addressing their queries to the best of your abilities.
  • If direct assistance is not possible, promptly notify the client or prospect that their query will be directed to a qualified individual who can provide further assistance.
  • Clearly and succinctly convey the client's needs to the appropriate team member in a timely manner, enabling a seamless continuation of the customer journey for the client prospect.
