Due to our rapid growth and expansion in the United States , we are currently looking for a Logistics Specialist to handle the operational side of the logistics process in the region.
Key Responsibilities:π€ Cooperation with shipping companies and customs agencies,π¦ Control over warehouse stock (receipts/releases from the warehouse, clarification of discrepancies),π Taking care of the circulation of documentation in the company and checking the correctness of data in the WMS and ERP systems,π€ Cooperation with warehouses in Poland and abroad,π Organization of domestic and international transport - road/sea/air,π Preparation of reports and analysis for the company's internal needs (warehouse settlements, transport settlements,)π€ Close cooperation with the Customer Service, Purchasing and Sales departments,π¦ Coordinating the execution of orders and deliveries (status, delivery dates).
Desired Qualifications:π Masters or Bachelors degree: Logistics, Management (preferred),π
Experience in a similar position (at least 1 year),π» Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel),π Meticulousness and multitasking,π Experience working in a dynamic work environment,π¬ Knowledge of the English language at the level of min. B2+,π¬ Knowledge of the Polish language,π©βπΌ Independence in action and very good organization of work,π§ Ability to solve problems, analyze data and draw conclusions.
