Due to our rapid growth and expansion in the United States , we are currently looking for a Logistics Specialist to handle the operational side of the logistics process in the region.

Key Responsibilities:🀝 Cooperation with shipping companies and customs agencies,πŸ“¦ Control over warehouse stock (receipts/releases from the warehouse, clarification of discrepancies),πŸ“‘ Taking care of the circulation of documentation in the company and checking the correctness of data in the WMS and ERP systems,🀝 Cooperation with warehouses in Poland and abroad,🌍 Organization of domestic and international transport - road/sea/air,πŸ“Š Preparation of reports and analysis for the company's internal needs (warehouse settlements, transport settlements,)🀝 Close cooperation with the Customer Service, Purchasing and Sales departments,πŸ“¦ Coordinating the execution of orders and deliveries (status, delivery dates).

Desired Qualifications:πŸŽ“ Masters or Bachelors degree: Logistics, Management (preferred),πŸ“… Experience in a similar position (at least 1 year),πŸ’» Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel),πŸ” Meticulousness and multitasking,🌟 Experience working in a dynamic work environment,πŸ’¬ Knowledge of the English language at the level of min.
