- Assume overall responsibility for leading requirements team for Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA).
- Lead business analysts to guide system enhancements using deep knowledge of requirements process.
- Showcase leadership in agile environment for program planning and reporting.
- Enhance strategic planning and evaluation processes aligning with BVA's mission.
