Your missions

Our client is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry. The company specializes in the sphere of B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers. B2Broker’s advanced base of ready-to-use technical solutions enables brokers to save time and money on consuming infrastructure projects and focus on enlarging their client base and increasing their revenues.

Requirements

  • Experience in Tech Sales, Software Sales, SaaS, Infrastructure products, White Label Platforms, or other relevant Sales experience is an advantage;
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical knowledge of Crypto/IT products;
  • A comprehensive understanding of crypto Spot FX, Metals, and CFD liquidity is required;
  • Experience in the full sales cycle including pipelining and prioritization, negotiations, contract drafting, etc.;
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for our products/services;
  • Discuss with customers, heeding customers' needs and concerns to offer the best solutions/alternatives to customers;
  • Developing a professional and trusting relationship with an active portfolio and keeping them up-to-date with our developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service;
  • Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, optimism, and initiative;
  • Willingness to learn and improve;
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role;
  • Proven sales track record;
  • Experience in customer support / Financial business-related activity is a plus;
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce / AMO CRM).

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
  • Assisting in the preparation of the contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines along with the company policies;
  • Market knowledge;
  • Communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to build reports;
  • Time management and planning skills;
  • Contacting leads, converting them into customers, and maintaining long-term relationships;
  • Conduction the calls/presentations via multiple communication platforms;
  • Expo/conference experience;
  • B2B sales experience.
