Requirements
*Professional experience in the professional development of macOS or iOS applications in Swift appropriate to the position
*Practised handling of Xcode and Git
*Confident handling of Apple platform technologies such as AppKit, UIKit, Grand Central
*Dispatch, Core Foundation, AVFoundation, XPC Services and CocoaPods
*Good knowledge of REST, HTTP
*Experience with: C/C++, XMPP, SIP
*Thorough and independent work even in difficult situations
*Good knowledge of German (C1) and English
Tasks & Responsibilities
*Further development and maintenance of an existing macOS desktop application with VoIP and video chat. The application is implemented in Swift, individual components for client-server communication are integrated via Objective-C.
*Planning and implementation of new features in agile processes in an experienced development team.
*Continuous quality assurance during development by means of code reviews and software tests.
*Close dialogue with developers for other platforms.

Hiring Process
1) Video interview with HR, possibly also directly with the specialist department: Get to know the company personally and present the company to pick up applicants
2) Second interview (costs are covered): In-house with familiarisation day (also for remote positions) (3-6 hours depending on the position): You get to know the team and the office. Interview with team lead and small test tasks followed by a final technical interview (relaxed atmosphere & no pressure situation)
