Your missions

This highly-performing individual knows that behind the scenes of every great sales team is a natural multi-tasker ensuring all the I's are dotted and T's crossed. This team member is instrumental in organizing the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant group information to the operations team to create a memorable experience. This individual acts decisively and seeks feedback but also has strong interpersonal and customer service skills. A true representation of the 'glue that binds' a team together.

 

Requested Tasks

  • Provide administrative support to the global sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and opportunities, using CRM software
  • Assist sales and marketing team with a variety of internal and external tasks
  • Generate reports, prepare proposals, collect details and coordinate with clients 
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, partners, and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
