Requisitos:

5 años de experiencia progresiva en Recursos Humanos, incluyendo reclutamiento y selección, relaciones laborales y capacitación.
-Conocimiento de legislación laboral, gestión de talento por competencias, gestión de clima, evaluación de talento, planes de sucesión y desarrollo de equipos.
Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Psicología, Recursos Humanos o afín.
Posgrado o Maestría en Recursos Humanos, Desarrollo Organizacional, Psicología, Negocios o afín.
-Disponibilidad para viajar al interior del país, un 80% del tiempo estará viajando.
