Direct cooperation with car workshops and car parts distributors in order to build a strong relationship and to understand what the wholesalers and garages needs are and offer support where required.
Utilising internal contacts with the Valeo Service Technical and Warranty team, create Technical content in order to aid fitters in installing Valeo products and help distributors understand common fitment issues.
Create technical write ups on Valeo’s products and services to increase the customers understanding.
Promote the Valeo Loyalty Scheme.
Support the Technical Hotline in answering customer queries
Participation in promoting Valeo products during industry events and meetings with clients.
