Your missions

Summary

 The Senior Director of Platform Connectivity is responsible for the successful deployment and adoption of our connected experience across the Workiva platform. This includes direct-to-customer consulting services & support, and success with our Partner network. This role leads the Connected Center of Excellence team, developing the strategy and executing on the operational plan for the team. They will also work closely with other leaders throughout Workiva to develop our connected strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Create the strategy and own the execution of implementation services and enablement for the connected experience.

  • Closely partner with our Global Services organization to effectively up-skill and cross-train all implementers on our connected experience.

  • Own and execute our connected experience strategy with Partners, ensuring our Partners are enabled and capable of utilizing the connected experience with a high degree of success.

  • Translates company strategy to operational strategy for our Customer & Partner Experience team (CPX) with specific emphasis on goals and metrics for the connected experience.

  • Partners with our Tech Team to provide product feedback and influence the roadmap.

  • Partners with our go-to-market teams to drive successful launches of new solutions and offerings.

What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent of education and experience in a related field.

  • 12+ years of experience in consulting, software service delivery, account management, customer success, or other relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating data to/from financial/non-financial applications such as Oracle EPM (Cloud or On-premises), OneStream, Anaplan, or Enterprise systems such as Workday, Oracle EBS and/or Fusion Cloud GL, MS Dynamics, or SAP including S4 HANA strongly preferred.

  • Prior experience with integration technology such as Informatica, Boomi, or Workato preferred.

  • Expertise in various data structures and schemas from a variety of ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics and Reporting solutions.

  • Strong understanding of API design philosophy/patterns, communication protocols (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML), and encoding.

  • Exceptional customer-facing communication skills; able to understand and articulate the needs of the client and deliver on those needs.

  • Strong ability to resolve issues with external C-level customers.

  • Influencing, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to be proactive and self-directed.

  • Excellent judgment and strong creative problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work with all levels of management with proven C-level relationship-building capabilities.

  • Personal, energetic, adaptable, and flexible with the ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment is necessary; must be able to multi-task multiple projects, processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines, organization goals, and initiatives.

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, while not in a Workiva office.

How You’ll Be Rewarded

✅ Salary range in the US: $156,000.00 - $265,000.00

✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire

✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
