Job Description

Within the Global Data Insights and Analytics (GDI&A) organization, the Charging / Energy Services Analytics Product Line is responsible for delivering relevant, data-driven products leveraging modern technologies and Gen AI capabilities that will help improve our EV customer’s public charging experience. We deliver user-centric data visualization tools and insights to our Model-e business partners to drive evidence-based, timely decision-making. We are looking for a product manager to embrace this highly visible and fast-paced opportunity and be a part of our EV future. **

Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with the Product Owner and Product Line Owner to understand their product vision and roadmap.
  • Align features that will deliver to the prioritization and timing of the roadmap and build out user stories with the development team.
  • Leverage an iterative development approach and agile ceremonies (release planning, iteration planning, daily standups, etc.) to deliver our products.
  • Help the team continuously improve through retrospectives.
  • Have a customer mindset by ensuring product design practices are part of our delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with security and controls guidelines.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to share our learning with the Strategy & Enterprise Analytics team.
  • Participate in the GDI&A product manager forum to share best practices and help drive consistency across the product line.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years), or an associate degree with a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Rally or Jira or similar Agile Tools
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership
