Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Process Manager Commercial within Order to Cash process teams .Leveraging extensive experience in key account management, you will lead the design and integration of customer-focused commercial processes within the ERP system. This role aims to translate firsthand insights from account management into the development of advanced ERP functionalities, optimizing sales strategies, customer engagement, and overall commercial excellence.

Your key missions:

  • ERP-Driven Commercial Process Design: Utilize key account management experience to architect comprehensive commercial processes within the ERP system, focusing on customer relationship management, sales strategy execution, and customer engagement optimization.

  • Integration of Account Management Insights: Incorporate proven strategies and insights from key account management into ERP process designs, ensuring the system supports personalized customer interactions, strategic account planning, and effective sales tracking.

  • Collaborative Sales and Marketing Strategies: Lead cross-functional initiatives to harmonize sales and marketing alignment within the ERP framework, maximizing system capabilities to elevate target account engagement and fuel revenue growth

  • Performance Analytics and KPI Tracking: Implement analytics and KPI tracking within the ERP to monitor sales performance, customer engagement levels, and account growth metrics, using data to inform strategic decisions and process improvements.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Tech, customer service, logistics, and finance departments to ensure the ERP system's commercial functionalities are fully integrated and aligned with overall business operations.

  • Required 10 years minimum of experience

  • Experience in commercial (field), key account management, global brands appreciated and On Trade Commercial experience (Wholesaler, Distributors, Cash& Carry)  in key markets  

  • Experience in consumer goods industry

  • SAP Savy is a nice to have

  • English is mandatory, French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory
