Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…
Management of retail partners, via:
Monthly in-store visits to support program promotions through engagement with store staff and customers,
Maintain promotional materials and identify areas for improvement,
Identify opportunities for in-store DIY workshops and events to promote energy efficiency concepts to local communities, and support delivery of those events
Additionally:
Utilize outreach tactics to recruit local retailers to participate in efficiency programs, with focus on rural and hard to reach communities
Participate in Residential events, with focus on community event support in the Klamath basin
Be knowledgeable of and comfortable speaking with market actors about energy efficiency concepts and energy technologies (e.g. ENERGY STAR qualifying white goods, HVAC, weatherization)
In this exciting opportunity, you will have:
2+ years relevant work experience with local/national retailers, non-profit organizations, energy efficiency work and/or project management
Strong interpersonal skills to connect with an array of retailer staff and customers
Ability to work independently, with strong time management skills
Strong professional presence with ability to adapt to numerous audience types
Adept at utilizing reporting and tracking tools (e.g. CRM, SalesForce)
Position will be based in Southern Oregon with regular travel within a 100-mile radius of Grants Pass, OR; reliable transportation is required

$17.40 - $26.00
