Our Marketing department is in need of someone that thrives in taking initiative and assuming responsibility. You will be in charge to lead all our marketing efforts through various digital and analog channels. Proficiencies can range from A/B testing to conversion funnel optimization to content creation and customer experience. Develop tailored marketing campaigns that target specific markets and customer segments in order to maximize online engagement. Inspire your team to be creative, innovative, and encourage them to never shy away from seizing new opportunities or improving existing processes.

Create enticing strategies that effectively increase brand awareness on an international level and ensure that our message is heard by the relevant audience. Verify that every piece of content and communication is of exemplary quality before sending it out to the populace, and maintain a consistently high level of linguistics in our messages. Report directly to the Founders of Placement International and actively contribute to the success of our global organization. Monitor KPIs in order to generate insightful and pertinent reports on a semi-annual basis that outline our business performance from a Marketing perspective and showcase your improvement of the department as a whole over time. You will need to prioritize both customer success and customer acquisition, by focusing on retention and referrals. Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in (Digital/ Traditional) Marketing, preferably in a management position
  • Leadership and soft skills are very important
  • Excellent Native English level both written and spoken, Spanish is a plus
  • Expertise with HubSpot or any similar CRM tool is required
  • Experience in marketing tools such as SEO and SEM, social media, PR, and email marketing
  • Able to work under pressure and perform efficiently
  • Exceptional attention to detail, good multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize
  • Knowledge in (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office, Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communication results and provide recommendations.
  • Graduate from a hospitality school in the market; can relate to students and recent graduates and connect with them. 
  • Understands and believes in the value of international experience and education.
  • Humble and respectful; takes the time to listen to others and understand their point of view. 
  • Result Driven; focuses on desired results, and sets and achieves challenging goals.
  • Self Driven; motivated to do or achieve better results and quality services because of his/her own enthusiasm or interest.

Job Summary


General

  • Develop long-term marketing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to understand product roadmaps and align marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed marketing budget that encompasses all marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Generate regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product improvements.
  • Evaluate and select external marketing vendors and agencies as needed.
  • Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to address potential PR crises.
  • Encourage a culture of experimentation within the marketing team, allowing for the testing of new ideas and approaches
  • Creating and administering effective marketing campaigns to increase awareness
  • Lead the team to develop, implement and monitor social media strategies, delegate the expansion of our social media presence (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram)
  • Read and interpret digital data to help businesses and marketing departments make a better business decision
  • Verify the creation of stunning & professional promotional material for our programs
  • Monitor budget distribution and targeted performance of paid ad campaigns (FB/IG)

Marketing Planning and Execution

  • Create detailed marketing plans that outline the objectives, strategies, tactics, and budgets for various marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, including advertisements, videos, and promotional content.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and manage the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, banners, and website content.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Optimization

  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs and metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment.
  • Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Implement marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to streamline processes and improve lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to create data dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with data privacy regulations and ensure compliance in all marketing activities.

Market Segmentation and Targeting

  • Identify and segment target audiences based on demographic, psychographic, and behavioral factors.
  • Develop personalized marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage specific customer segments.

  • Continuously research and refine customer personas based on market feedback and data analysis.

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Share insights and recommendations with the team and leadership to drive innovation in marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide market insights for new product launches.

Content Development

  • Develop a content strategy that aligns with the brand's messaging and resonates with the target audience.
  • Create and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and videos.
  • Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and designers to ensure content is engaging, informative, and consistent with the brand's voice and style.

Team Leadership:
