Hiire is helping Ethiack to hire their Head of Marketing.

This translates into a more robust security posture and productivity gains for security teams. We believe in working asynchronously, avoiding unnecessary meetings, and creating streamlined processes to maximize productivity. With our recent Seed raise, we're poised to expand globally, and we're looking for a driven Head of Marketing to help us grow as a company and as a brand. 

Role Overview 

As Head of Marketing, you’ll lead a small team, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll manage two growth professionals and collaborate closely with sales and product teams. Your role will focus on content marketing, event planning, and inbound marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and international trust. 

Key responsibilities: 
  • Lead Inbound Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to expand brand recognition in global markets.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, refining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and communication strategies accordingly.
  • Product Messaging: Collaborate closely with the Product team to craft messaging for feature launches and clearly communicate product value to customers.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, as well as organize invite-only events to boost engagement and visibility.
  • Content and Marketing Optimization: Lead and optimize content marketing efforts to maximize impact in key target areas, focusing on high-quality, results-driven content.
  • Proven Experience in B2B SaaS Growth and Marketing: Demonstrated success in driving growth and leading marketing efforts in the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Practical understanding of cybersecurity; technical product knowledge and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Coding Skills (Optional): Hands-on coding experience (in any language) is a plus, enabling a deeper understanding of the technical aspects.
  • Successful Marketing Strategies: Proven track record of creating and implementing impactful marketing strategies. Show us your results — we value achievements over years of experience.
How you’ll make an impact:
  • Spearhead inbound marketing initiatives to amplify brand recognition in global markets. Build relationships with customers to understand their needs, refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and communication strategies. 
  • Work closely with the product team to craft messaging for feature launches and communicate the product’s value to customers. 
  • Plan and coordinate event attendance and host guest events to increase engagement. Lead and optimize content and marketing efforts for maximum impact in our key target areas. 
What Makes You a Great Candidate:
  • Proven experience in growth and marketing for B2B SaaS, with team leadership experience. 
  • Hands-on knowledge in cybersecurity; technical product knowledge and communication skills are crucial. 
  • Practical coding experience (any language) is a plus.
