We're seeking an experienced Senior QA Manual+Automation Tester for a prominent UK-based telecom company, stationed within their start-up incubator in Brazil. This role involves expediting the development and rollout of an MVP for an innovative service, necessitating a proactive, collaborative, and accountable individual who thrives on challenges and autonomy.

Requirements

To be successful, you must possess:

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to engage effectively in customer meetings and submit English-language CV/resumes.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a vital role in the test automation team, actively contributing to the development of test strategies, tools, and services.
  • Establish automation frameworks for a greenfield project.
  • Develop, test, and maintain Continuous Integration pipelines to oversee the software development lifecycle.
  • Design and implement automated test cases catering to business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with other quality teams to uphold and enhance standards.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Undertake additional duties as required by your line manager.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills (B2, C1 English proficiency) coupled with leadership and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in Mobile and Web Applications UI & API QA automation.
  • Extensive experience in manual testing for Mobile and Web Applications UI & API QA.
  • Ability to formulate, manage, and execute manual test plans.
  • Experience in end-to-end (e2e) testing and web security.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL and Relational Databases, Cucumber, and Backend Programming Languages for tests, particularly NODE.js.
