Job description

Our client is a leading residential and multifamily plumbing company with over two decades of industry expertise. They specialize in new construction, delivering excellence in large multifamily projects, track home developments, light commercial ventures, and custom homes featured in the Parade of Homes.

We are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our office operations. This role is designed to assist our office manager in handling various administrative tasks, with a primary focus on data entry. Responsibilities:

  • Quickbooks Online: Manage and input Accounts Payable (AP) invoices.
  • Data Entry: Accurate and timely entry of relevant data into designated systems.
  • Microsoft Office: Utilize Word and Outlook for various administrative tasks.
  • Excel: Proficiently handle spreadsheet management and basic data analysis.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with the team during the designated one-hour period.
  • Flexibility: Perform the remaining tasks at a time that suits your schedule.

Requirements

Basic Job Skills:

  • Quickbooks Online: Proficient use for managing financial data.
  • Microsoft Office: Competent in using Word and Outlook.
  • Excel: Strong skills in data entry and basic spreadsheet management.
  • English proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive Personality: A team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Thorough and detail-oriented: Ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration, particularly in a plumbing or construction-related field, is a plus.
  • Proven experience with Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is advantageous.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $800 - $1000/month

Schedule: 7:30am to 8:30am Mountain Time (Denver)
