Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply and Distribution Coordinator to manage the ordering and distribution of supplies and our client's brand products to stores. This position will also serve as a liaison between the distribution and accounting departments, ensuring efficient communication and accurate billing processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management, with the ability to cross-train with the accounting department and work collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities:

Supply Management:

Coordinate the ordering of office supplies for the store such as Amazon, Walmart, Sam's Club, etc.
Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
Monitor supply trends and adjust orders to meet changing demands.
Ensure timely delivery of supplies to stores.

Client's Brand Product Distribution:

Gather and process orders for our client's brand products from stores.
Coordinate the ordering and shipping of our client's products to stores.
Track and manage product inventory levels, adjusting orders as needed.

Accounting Coordination:

Prepare detailed reports and provide necessary information to the accounting department for payment and invoicing.
Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely billing at the store/franchisee level.
Cross-train with the accounting department to gain a better understanding of financial processes and improve coordination.

Communication and Collaboration:

Maintain clear and consistent communication with store managers, vendors, and team members.
Address any supply or distribution issues promptly and effectively.
Work closely with the accounting department to resolve any billing discrepancies.

Requirements

Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related roles.
Background in bookkeeping/accounting preferred but not required
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with inventory management software.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with team members.

Benefits

Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $900 - $1300 USD/month
