Job description

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making a high volume of calls to potential customers, explaining the features and benefits of the product or service, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow up with leads, and meet set targets and quotas.
