Project Engineer

Description

Entech is looking for a project engineer who is ready to advance their career in the water/wastewater industry.  We want you to bring your technical leadership and engineering experience to our team to support our municipal clients.  This role provides you the opportunity to become an integral part of a growing firm full of diverse knowledge and an unmatched company culture.  This position is available from any of our 7 Pennsylvania offices with some remote work available.

Role and Responsibilities

• Client management
• Project management
• Business development
• Proposal development
• Permit applications
• Leading internal engineering and design teams
• Lead design efforts in accordance with current regulations
• Work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and contractors on multiple projects from planning through final product
• Mentor junior staff
• Assist in direction of project planning, budgeting, and project objectives

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of experience in civil/environmental engineering within the water/wastewater industry
• Active PE license
• Proven leadership abilities
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Driver’s license

Preferred Skills

• Experience in land development, stormwater management and erosion and sedimentation a plus
