We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Secretary Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks such as preparation of AGM, EGM, Board Resolutions, etc. He/She should be a quick learner in a fast paced environment. The Corporate Secretary Executive will be working in a team set up and reporting to the Corpsec Manager.

Position Duties:

  • Incorporating new companies
  • Transferring corporate secretary appointments for existing companies
  • Preparing AGM, EGM, Board Resolution, etc.
  • Maintaining minutes books and updating records in registers
  • Quick learner to pick up processes in a fast paced environment
  • Maintaining good relationship with clients under your portfolio
  • Preparation of the Company’s billing for secretarial fee and other charges (if necessary)
  • Striking-off companies
  • And all other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time

Requirements

  • Diploma in the fields of Business Studies/ Law/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act
  • High motivated, eager to learn and keen desire to contribute
  • Minimum 2 years of work related experience is required
  • Detailed oriented and possessing high degree of professionalism and responsibility
  • A team player with good interpersonal and writing skills
  • Training or work related knowledge and competencies provided
