Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Gig Workplace. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with both hardware and software support. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.


Skills


  1. Deliver technical assistance for desktop-related IT support.
  2. Offer desk-side support to local users and provide remote assistance as needed.
  3. Actively monitor, track, and address customer satisfaction survey responses.
  4. Demonstrate expertise in Windows support, Outlook support, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  5. Troubleshoot operating system issues and configure Outlook settings effectively.
  6. Exhibit strong communication skills coupled with a solid grasp of technical knowledge.
