Manage all aspects of the global equity plan administration, including managing a capitalization table, transaction processing and data entry, reconciliations/audits for quality control and all related tax reporting
Tax compliance (including international exposure) and forecasting to manage impact of regulatory standards and/or changes, including the treatment of equity-related employee compensation
Administering the company’s equity programs; ensuring that all new grants, equity transactions, cancellations, expirations, and exercises (including tax withholding) are accurately processed, settled, and reconciled in a timely manner
Assist in the implementation of a new stock administration platform
Manage compensation market pricing and benchmarking efforts, including identification of benchmarking solutions, participation in surveys along with job architecture build and maintenance
Manage and support the administration of the compensation process along with configuring systems to support the annual compensation process
Develop and maintain complex compensation modeling, analytics, metrics, and reporting

Working knowledge of Carta or ShareWorks and Workday Compensation
5+ years of progressive experience, ideally within high-growth, lean and entrepreneurial environments
Proven track record of managing domestic and international equity plans
Comprehensive understanding of the different types of equity awards and the related taxation of such awards
Impeccable integrity, commitment to accurate reporting, open communication of issues and risks, and ability to maintain confidential information
Advanced experience with MS Word and MS Excel MS Powerpoint along with Google Suite applications (Google docs, sheets, slides etc..)

Colorado: $103,500 - $115,000
New York/California/Washington: $115,000 - £127,500
