Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho Implementation Specialist to join our team at 1Tap. As a Zoho Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring various Zoho applications to meet our clients' business needs. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience required. The role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and offers a hybrid, full-time, and remote work options.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in implementing and configuring Zoho applications.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics BI, Zoho Creator Low-Code Platform, Zoho Marketing, and Zoho Projects.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into Zoho application configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certifications in Zoho applications are a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Zoho applications based on clients' requirements.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot issues related to Zoho applications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide suitable Zoho solutions.
• Design and develop custom modules, workflows, and reports in Zoho applications.
• Train clients on how to use Zoho applications effectively.
• Ensure data integrity and security while configuring Zoho applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Zoho features and recommend improvements to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Document and maintain accurate records of Zoho application configurations and changes.
