As a Freelance Recruiter (independent contractor) on our marketplace, you'll be able to recruit for various different companies' job requisitions and make placements. As a recruiter, you'll primarily be sourcing qualified candidates, interviewing candidates, and submitting candidates to jobs.

Freelance Recruiters are rewarded for each job they successfully fill. Each job has an estimated "Payout" reward amount. If your candidate leads to a successful hire, you can expect to earn the reward amount, subject to the "Terms & Conditions" that are located in the 'Freelance Recruiters Agreement', upon getting accepted into the marketplace.

  • Select and present qualified candidates to hiring teams

Requirements

  • Proven success as a recruiter
  • Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle
  • Industry hiring experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with recruiting software (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g. social media recruiting)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Outstanding organization ability
  • BSc in HR, Business or relevant field
