Job description

Luminary Group, a leading consultancy in the Life Sciences sector, has partnered with a global leader in Real World Evidence. Our client is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will closely collaborate with a world-renowned Real World Evidence company based in the United States. Your primary focus will be on crafting and implementing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and generating leads. Responsibilities include developing captivating marketing content, orchestrating digital marketing campaigns, and supporting various promotional endeavors to highlight the company's array of services and solutions.

Requirements

    • Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in conjunction with the client's marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and target demographics.
    • Produce engaging marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, and website content to captivate and engage potential leads.
    • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising to drive traffic and generate leads for the company website.
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and areas for distinction, integrating findings into marketing strategies and initiatives.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain a cohesive brand message and consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and refine strategies accordingly.
    • Remain abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and provide recommendations for continual improvement and innovation.

    Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
      • Possess at least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences sector.
      • Strong creative and writing abilities, capable of developing compelling marketing content tailored to resonate with target audiences.
      • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, encompassing email marketing software, social media management tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms.
      • Solid grasp of SEO principles, SEM tactics, and online advertising strategies.
      • Excellent analytical skills, adept at interpreting data and metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
      • Effective project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
      • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills, facilitating effective teamwork with cross-functional teams and external partners.
