Our team's past portfolio includes OfBusiness, Bigbasket, Pepperfry, Medgenome, Antuit, Zivame, etc. Profile: Z3Partners is looking to hire an Executive Assistant in its Mumbai office to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Executive Assistants responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, collaborating with multiple stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to the management. Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact among different stakeholders, employees, clients and other external partners Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Manage Managing Partners calendar and set up meetings accordingly Make travel and accommodation arrangements Track expenses and prepare monthly or quarterly reports as and when required Requirements: Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role Excellent knowledge in Calendar management, Zoom, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outstanding organisational and time management skills, ability to multi-task with minimum 1year Word and Microsoft Excel great follow-up skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality In case the candidate is selected the second round will be a basic Test in line with the day to day duties.
