Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Weekend Sales Manager to join our team at Vsnap Technology Solutions. As a Weekend Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue during the weekends. This is a part-time/full-time/hybrid/remote position, with a junior level of experience required (1-3 years). The job location is in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. Proven track record in sales

Experience in conducting site visits and showcasing real estate properties
Ability to work on weekends and flexible working hours

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite

Roles and Responsibilities

Generate sales leads and build a strong customer base during the weekends
Engage with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Conduct site visits and showcase our realty projects to potential buyers
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends
Collaborate with the sales team and provide regular feedback on market conditions and customer preferences
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Attend team meetings and participate in sales training programs
