Job Overview

As a Performance Test Engineer at Spearsoft Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing performance tests for our diverse range of software applications. This is a full-time role based at our Offshore Delivery Centre (ODC) in Hyderabad, India. The salary range for this position is competitive and will be based on experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Performance Test Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools
• Proficient in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)
• Experience with industry-leading performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Familiarity with web and mobile application architectures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• 12 + Years of exp in performance testing , extensive knowledge of testing Java based applications using JMeter and Custom Jars.
• Expertise in handling and creating scripts in using JMeter J223 Sampler and Bean Shell Samplers.
• Must have worked in Unix Environments earlier Distributed testing using JMeter in Unix environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Good to have worked in Shift left and CI/CD environments earlier but not mandatory.
• Ready to work from office on need basis.
• Analyze performance requirements and design test strategies
• Develop and execute performance test scripts using industry-leading tools
• Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot and provide solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather performance-related requirements
• Monitor and analyze test results, identify performance improvements
• Conduct performance testing in different environments (e.g. web, mobile)
• Prepare and present comprehensive test reports

Salary

50 - 60 USD (Per Hour)
