Job description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Sales Manager - Tier 1 Sales - US Staffing located in Noida. The Business Unit Head will be responsible for managing and mentoring sales teams, developing sales plans and strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a relevant field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or a similar managerial position.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of managing and mentoring sales teams to achieve targets.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with other teams to ensure business growth.
  • Should Possess strong technical/business acumen and understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and experience sourcing passive candidates; excellent candidate assessment skills.
  • Should have a strong working knowledge with Primary (Tier 1) Vendor, Prime vendors and direct clients.
  • Proven skills in creative candidate sourcing, efficient utilization of staffing resources, Team Management, Vendor Management, Client Management, and strong decision-making skills.
  • Recruit for multiple positions concurrently; manage the interview and hiring process with clients, consultants, and offshore employees.
  • Should Have Direct Contacts with the T-1 Vendors or Implementation Partners in the USA.
  • Willingness to keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, with a results-oriented mindset and excellent attention to detail.
