Description

Proud of its performance, reputation and most of all, its employees who make it all possible, NFR offers a supportive work environment with great benefits.   NFR maintains properties for mortgage companies by working closely with our nationwide network of contractors and inspectors .  Administrative support positions are available for coordinators.    


Coordinators provide oversight to ensure that properties are preserved and maintained according to NFR's and customer's guidelines. These positions require coordination of information between various departments and customers. Ensuring all client expectations are met, coordinators provide documentation in the customers system of record.


The responsibilities include extensive contact with mortgage companies and independent contractors in the field, working with cities and towns, performing data entry, and communicating both verbally and in writing. Must be able to multi-task, set priorities, have the ability to problem-solve, find resolutions while working in a high pressure and time sensitive environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a high-volume workload, ability to evaluate information, identify the root cause of an issue and develop effective solutions while meeting deadlines. Customer service, excellent phone and computer skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask are necessary. Basic understanding of residential construction terminology/methods and previous experience with default servicing is helpful. Previous experience adapting to multiple software applications is beneficial. Invoicing experience is desirable for some positions.  High School diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience required.

These positions are remote with an option to work hybrid or in office from our NH and FL office. Remote locations are available in the following states:  AL, GA, IA, MS, NC, SC, TX and VT
