What you’ll be doing:

  • Create bespoke performance-driven brand storytelling narratives across multiple digital platforms, including organic and paid channels.

  • Collaborate with art directors and designers to understand strategy and business needs, delivering innovative concept-based creative solutions.

  • Drive the creative look and feel for client brands, taking ownership of visual strategy, execution, and quality standards.

  • Present design concepts and rationale behind them to project teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

  • Take projects from concept to delivery of short-form video content, including storyboarding, design, animation, rendering, and final delivery.

  • Proactively mentor less experienced animators, fostering a culture of growth and development within the team.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of video editing experience in a digital agency setting or a robust portfolio of freelance work demonstrating expertise in motion design and video editing.

  • Strong design sensibility, deadline-driven mindset, technical skills with digital graphics and animations, and proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere. Figma is an added bonus.

  • Confidence presenting to large groups, including clients and organizational leadership, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, owning motion/video assets for brands across relevant channels.

Compensation:

The hiring salary range for this role is ($63,000 - $66,000) plus a discretionary performance bonus of up to (8%) of base salary. 

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay,  and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
