Motive’s Enablement Team plays a critical role in the strategic implementation of key business initiatives. The Instructional Design Manager is responsible for the development of high-quality content to support Enablement initiatives that span across multiple segments and/or business lines. In addition, they define and manage the instructional design and content development standards for the global instructional design team. Success criteria for this role include but are not limited to stakeholder and trainee satisfaction surveys, stakeholder feedback, adherence to quality & SLA standards, and success in introducing new initiatives.
