As a Tourism Advisor, you'll have the exciting opportunity to help people plan and book their dream vacations. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations, ensuring that each client's travel experience is truly remarkable. **

Responsibilities**

  • Tap into your destination expertise to recommend suitable travel destinations, attractions, and activities that align with clients' preferences.
  • Design customized travel itineraries, covering every aspect from flights and accommodations to transportation, tours, and dining options.
  • Utilize booking systems to make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel-related services.
  • Offer ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the planning process and during their travels.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance clients' travel experiences by suggesting upsells or special packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and special requests.
  • Keep clients informed about any itinerary changes, flight delays, or cancellations.
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration.

Education And Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is advantageous.
  • Certification or training in travel and tourism management is beneficial.

Salary: Based on commission and performance $30,000 - $65,000
