Role Overview**
As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, recruiting communications, benefits administration, and records management. Your role will be crucial in supporting our company's growth and maintaining a positive employee experience. **
Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a warm welcome and a clear understanding of company policies and benefits.
- Facilitate new hire orientations, providing comprehensive information about our organization.
- Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and the return of company property.
- Assist with the scheduling and coordination of interviews for new hires.
- Answer common HR-related questions from employees and applicants.
- Conduct I-9 verifications through E-Verify.
- Assist with planning and execution of special events and employee recognition initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Provide clerical support to the HR department.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and principles.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Google Suites.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on cultural competency and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.
