Location: New York City, with a hybrid remote/in-office schedule offering flexibility based on client needs. **

Primary Responsibilities**

Manage the logistical aspects and operational execution of client events and programs.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients from pre-planning to post-event, ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client program details, becoming the primary client liaison once the event is contracted.

Handle program changes during pre-planning and on-site, while also identifying opportunities for negotiation and upselling.

Maintain expected gross margin for contracted events.

Coordinate with suppliers, developing strong relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Oversee all aspects of field staff management, including recruitment, training, and paperwork processing.

Prepare necessary program documentation such as trip sheets, invoices, and expense reports.

Assist in program development alongside Experience Designers, tailoring experiences to client specifications.

Liaise with hotel and venue representatives to ensure smooth coordination.

Conduct pre-con meetings to review program details with clients and venue partners.

Keep Sales Managers informed of program changes and opportunities, taking corrective action when necessary. **

Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate meeting execution or related fields, with preference given to those with DMC, hospitality, or corporate incentive travel experience.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and direct field staff effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in interpreting contracts and financial reports.

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.

Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Familiarity with local attractions, venues, and supplier partners, with the ability to identify and vet new options.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000, with potential for additional compensation for senior-level candidates.
